No a\u00f1adas el siguiente hasta que el arroz haya absorbido el anterior. Remueve constantemente; esto es lo que libera el almid\u00f3n y crea la crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El Mantecado:<\/strong> Tras unos 18 minutos, cuando el arroz est\u00e9 <em>al dente<\/em>, apaga el fuego. A\u00f1ade la mantequilla fr\u00eda y el queso parmesano.
